SEBRING, Fla. (Monday, Feb. 26, 2024) – Less than two weeks before the start of the 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season, Alex Palou is starting right where he stopped in 2023 – on top.

Reigning and two-time series champion Palou led the first day of a two-day test Feb. 26 on the short circuit at Sebring International Raceway, turning a top lap of 52.0883 seconds in the No. 10 DHL Honda fielded by Chip Ganassi Racing. Testing was separated into morning and afternoon sessions, with Palou’s best lap coming in the afternoon on the notoriously bumpy, challenging circuit.

INDIANAPOLIS (Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024) – NBC Sports and INDYCAR announced Feb. 20 the race broadcast start times for the 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES schedule, headlined by the 108th Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 26, with coverage beginning at 11 a.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

The 2024 season kicks off on NBC and Peacock with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding at noon ET Sunday, March 10.

Community events fill the 20th Annual Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding weekend

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Feb. 15, 2024) - INDYCAR Party in the Park will kick off a jam-packed Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding weekend on Thursday, March 7. This free community activity will take place in downtown St. Petersburg at North Straub Park and launch the festivities around the 20th annual running of the marquee race event headlined by the NTT INDYCAR SERIES’ season-opening race.

(Jan. 30, 2024) - Renowned multi-platinum music icon Bret Michaels will perform a live concert on Saturday, March 9 as part of the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding weekend festivities. The show will commence shortly after the racing ends within the festival grounds on the plaza south of the Duke Energy Center for the Arts (Mahaffey Theater) and will include an opening act to be announced at a later date.
