All permanent public, on-street accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. City garages, the University of South Florida (USF) garage and Tropicana Field provide accessible parking at the prevailing rate. The USF garage is recommended for those with limited mobility wishing to enter the 5th Avenue S. gate (Gate 5) and the SouthCore garage is recommended for those wishing to enter the 1st Avenue S. gate (Gate 1). The Bright House Networks Speed Zone is located near Turns 5 & 6 and the Firestone Bridge. There are many interactive displays and racing simulators for families and children of all ages.

The Credential Center is located at the corner of 4th Avenue S. and 2nd Street S. in the Hilton Hotel. This is where pre-arranged media, sponsor and corporate credentials are issued. All credentials must be signed for when issued. Credentials will not be mailed. Credentials are non-transferable and photo identification must be presented and an insurance waiver signed before the credential is released. Each credential is assigned to a specific person. Transfer or loaning of credentials by any individual will result in confiscation of the credential and refusal of entry to both the individual found with the credential and the person to whom it was originally issued.

Please note individual sanctioning bodies may operate on limited hours of operation. Credentials are not available for pick-up after the Credential Center has closed for the day.

Friday, March 22 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, March 24 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Gate 1 is located at 1st Avenue S. and 1st Street S., and offers on-site ticket sales.
• Gate 5 is located at 5th Avenue S. and 2nd Street N., and offers on-site ticket sales. Gate 5 also houses the Will Call ticket window.
• Both gates are handicapped accessible. Please see posted track crossing times.

For all events over race weekend, patrons will be asked to open purses, backpacks or other bags for inspection upon entry. Prohibited items, including all other items deemed a risk to staff and/or patrons’ safety by event security will not be permitted onto the event grounds.

No food and/or drinks may be brought onto the race grounds. To ensure the safety of our event staff and racers on track, carrying food and beverage over bridges or track crossings is not permitted.

Junior is defined as 12 years of age and under. All junior ticket holders are to be accompanied by and adult when entering and while on site.  Any person with a junior ticket whom is not a junior will be removed from the grounds.

Any child under the age of 24 months is not required to purchase a ticket but must sit on the lap of the parent/guardian.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the race grounds. If a guest attempts to enter the grounds with alcohol, the guest will be removed from the grounds and may face police charges. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on site and are not permitted to leave the designated licensed areas.

Any guest purchasing, in possession of, or consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and be able to prove their age by showing valid photo identification.

Audio and video recording devices are not permitted on the event grounds. Such devices include, but are not limited to video cameras, camcorders, audio recording devices, professional cameras, and lenses exceeding 10” in length.

Professional cameras or any other audio/video recording equipment is allowed only if the user has the proper media credential provided by event organizers.

Parking for motorcycles, mopeds and bicycles is available in permanent (city) designated spaces on 1st Avenue N. between 1st and 2nd Streets and on 2nd Street S. between Central and 1st Avenue S.  Please visit City of St. Petersburg's website for the most up-to-date information.

The Mahaffey Theater Box Office is also where IZOD IndyCar Series Paddock Passes are redeemed. You will redeem your Paddock Pass ticket for a wristband. You may choose to redeem your Saturday and Sunday passes at the same time, so that you do not have to stand in line twice. As a general rule of thumb, the lines are shorter earlier in the weekend.

Strict security measures have been put in place to ensure an enjoyable experience for all event guests. Violating these policies may warrant ejection or arrest

• Abuse of intoxicants
• Carrying food and drinks over bridges or track crossings
• Disorderly conduct/fighting/profanity
• Placing cups on walls
• Running/jogging
• Standing on grandstand seats
• Standing or sitting in walkways, grandstand aisles, and ramps
• Smoking in grandstands, suites, bridges, tunnel, or buildings
• Spitting tobacco
• Throwing or kicking objects
• Other actions deemed inappropriate, offensive or disruptive by the event organizers

None of the listed prohibited items may be left in or around the gate area. We ask all patrons to leave any non-essential, prohibited items at home, or locked in the trunk of your vehicle. The following items are not permitted on the race site:

• Audio/Video recording devices
• Coolers
• Folding chairs
• Food and beverage
• Frisbees, helium balloons, or inflatable items of any kind
• Golf carts for personal use
• Glass bottles/containers, cans (including aerosol)
• Handbills or samples are not to be distributed or placed on the grounds without the expressed written pre-approval of the event organizers
• Laptop computers
• Large bags, including but not limited to: duffel and grocery bags, luggage
• Laser lights and pointers
• Motorcycles or off-road vehicles (including ATVs, ATCs, dune bug bicycles)
• Pets (service animals excepted)
• Skateboards, rollerblades, roller-skates, scooters, or bicycles

On-site parking is extremely limited and only available with event-issued parking passes.

Please refer to City of St. Petersburg website for more information.  Public parking is available nearby in metered spaces or city-owned garages. City parking garages will charge a $10 all-day event rate. Garages include South Core (enter from the north side of 1st Avenue S. between 2nd and 1st Streets) or the BayWalk Garage (enter from 2nd Street N. between 1st and 2nd Avenues N.) The following items may be brought onto the race grounds but will be subject to inspection by event staff and security.

• Binoculars, scanners, and cameras with small case
• Camera stands (tripods, monopods, etc.) are allowed on the grounds as long as they do not obstruct the view of others; such equipment is not to be used in the grandstands
• Purses, backpacks and other small bags
• Recognized mobility aids used by guests with disabilities are permitted. Guests are advised to bring a lock to chain wheelchairs and scooters underneath the grandstands
• Seat cushions
• Strollers
• Umbrellas may be used as long as they do not obstruct the view of others.

All items are brought on site at your own risk. Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg staff and security are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

All ticket pricing does not include service, convenience, and handling charges.
Tickets purchased by phone or at the box office on March 22-24, 2013 are subject to additional service & handling charges.
Depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer (mail), orders may be subject to shipping charges.

3-Day tickets are available for renewal 2012 customers now through until December 15, 2012.

Sunday Reserved Grandstand tickets will go on sale March 1, 2013. (*Subject to availability*)

Please ensure that you carefully review your ticket selection before you complete your purchase. The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and ClickNPrint have a strict no refund or exchange policy.

Pending availability, tickets can be upgraded both before and during the event. Tickets may be upgraded on-site at the Gate 5 ticket booth or the Mahaffey Theater Box Office window.

1.8-mile, 14-turn temporary street course on the streets of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The track is constructed around Progress Energy Park and Mahaffey Theater at the Progress Energy Center for the Arts, and includes portions of the picturesque Bayshore Drive and utilizes Runway 7/25 at Albert Whitted Municipal Airport as the front straightaway.

There will be a free shuttle from Tropicana Field parking lots to the race track. Parking at Tropicana Field will be $10. The shuttle will pick passengers up outside the main parking gate at 10th Street N. and 3rd Avenue S. and drop passengers near the Hilton hotel on the north side of 4th Avenue S. between 2nd and 3rd Streets N. (approximately two blocks from Gate 5). The shuttle will operate Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 7am – 7pm.
